EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
•When the package has been delivered to the Shipping Company, we will share with the client the Tracking number by mail so it can be tracked prior its arriving.
•Once the client receives the tracking number, it is the client's responsability to check on it's order status via email or phone in order to confirm the delivery process is in order according to time and date.
•When the Shipping Company notifies the client the date and time of delivery it is the client's responsability to be there to receive the package, in case no one receives it. The package will be subject to the Shipping Company's policies.
•We recommend if the client's adress has a security filter, please give notice to the Security staff before the delivery date in order to avoid problems with deliveries.
*IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, EVEN SLIGHTLY, PLEASE DO NOT RECEIVE AND REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY WHITIN 24 HRS. IF NOT BIURIFUL WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.
•If for any reason your package has the security envelopment damaged or violated please do not receive the package and get in touch immeadiately to BIURIFUL so we can help figure out the best solution. If you decide to receive the damaged order, BIURIFUL won't be responsible for it. We also recommed to check with the shipping company if your receiving the right amount of packages of your order requirements. If this is not the case please do not receive the packages and email email@example.com
•International Orders: Delivery dates are estimated, and sometimes it is beyond BIURIFUL logistics to have it delivered on time. We appreciate your patience.

- EXCHANGES WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY 7 DAYS AFTER THE CLIENT HAS RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSABILITY TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS RECEIVED. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE PAYED BY THE CLIENT.
